Where are your prints made?

Our fine-art prints are produced in Australia using archival-quality materials, carefully chosen to capture the colours and character of the original artworks. Each print is prepared to order and packaged with care.

Are your prints signed and numbered?

Yes. Each artwork is offered in numbered releases of 500 prints per size. Every print features the 30 mm LUKE blind-embossed seal and includes a Certificate of Authenticity with the artwork title, size, release, print number and my reproduced signature. Further numbered releases may follow.

Where do you deliver, and what does postage cost?

We ship throughout Australia, including regional areas. International delivery will be available to selected destinations once enabled. Available shipping destinations and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may attract local customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer unless collected at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Prints are made to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping service. Tracking details will be provided where available.

What if there is a problem with my print?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy. As prints are made to order, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Can I collect my order or visit your studio?

We are preparing a new studio-gallery in Richmond, Melbourne. Visits, artwork viewings and collection may be available by prior arrangement once the space is ready. Please contact us before visiting.

How should I care for my print?

Handle your print with clean, dry hands, frame it using archival-quality materials and keep it away from direct sunlight, excess moisture and humidity.
